Creamy Spinach Soup
1 liter whole milk
1 package frozen spinach leaves (or 2 medium bunches, cooked)
250 cc cream or half and half.
salt and pepper to taste
(optional) 1 broth cube, meat.
Bring the milk to a boil and add the spinach.
Process everything to get smoother texture.
Add salt and pepper and meat cube if desired.
Serve and add some parmessan cheese if desired.You can spread some fresh cream before serving too.
Note: if you like to thicken it a bit more you can stir in some cornstarch previously dissolved in cold milk.
