Infused & scented fruit
nectarines and peaches (desired qty)
strawberries or any berry of your taste
1 cup sugar
Use firm fruit as you will need to cook it a little.
Cut the nectarines and peaches leaving skins on, into quarters or smaller if you like.
place the fruit in a pan with water enough to cover them, cinamon, cloves, and sugar. You may use some lemon zest if you like too.
Keep it boiling for 5 or 8 mins in low flame.
Remove fruit from pan, place it in a bowl with ice to stop cooking.
Keep the syrup from the pan and reduce it a bit more in the stove.
Softly peel the fruits (you can easily remove the skins with your hands now).
Place the fruits in a plate, place some sliced berries and apples on the side and cover everything with the syrup or honey.
